JCI NAE totaliser

I am trying to record electric/water meter data onto our Metasys ADX/NAE/DX9100

Meter pulse output into DX mapped in as ADI

When I add a totaliser to this point, which I Trend and reset each hour, the totaliser continues to increase its count even though the meter is not pulsing.

Any ideas or a better way to get 'hour' consumption data

Is that Metasys the same Metasys that was trade name of Johnson Controls? They should be able to give you some technical support.

If there is just one meter you can read the little numbers in the window.
