JIS B 0419-mH Standard????

We are working on some details that were drawn using the JIS B 0419-mH standard. The prints call out for a hole 1-Rc1/8 and a hole G1/4. I cannot find out what the Rc and G is stating. I found the JIS B 0419 standard and purchased it, but could not find abbreviations in the document. Any help anyone could provide, wether it be explaining what these abbreviations are, or direct me to someone that can answer my question, would be greatly appreciated.
