Dear all,

Can anyone please assist me in the following:

I am looking for built-in dimensions commonly used in the market for valves designed in accordance with Japanese (JIS) standards.
Valves will be used in marine piping systems of existing oil tankers.
I am looking for the following types per the below pressure ratings:

id Valve type Rating
1 Ball JIS 10K, JIS 16K
2 Butterfly JIS 5K, JIS 10K, JIS 16K
3 Check (Swing) JIS 5K, JIS 10K
4 Check (Dual Disc) JIS 16K
5 Globe / Stop Check JIS 5K, JIS 10K, JIS 16K
6 Gate JIS 5K

Many thanks for your advise.

In my experience the only way of ensuring correct building lengths for replacement valves for older valves of any standard is to measure the originals at site. Anything else may cost more in the long run. While you are at it: take check measurement at flanges (or other end connections) too, adaptions may have been done.
