I'm running a model of a concrete beam in contact with a cap beam and road deck. When displacing one end of the beam (the other 2 pieces not included in the analysis) the model runs and I get an error "Time increment required is less than the minimum specified" When I run the model with all the elements interacting together, I get the same error.

I'm using Concrete Damage Plasticity and my concrete beam has rebar on the bottom and I'm displacing up. Can someone help me with how to go about figuring out the problem and fixing it. I've read in the manual a little about discontinuous analysis and zero line functions. Is that something that I should be using?

Any help would be great.
