I would like to know how to join the Copper-Zinc-Lead material? Which is better process, GTAW welding or Brazing? And what filler I have to use?

I've seen leaded brass joined by furnace brazing in a hydrogen atmosphere using silver alloy washers for filler.

I've seen it joined by lead/tin solder + flux and torch heating too.

GTAW will give comparatively poor results, as the zinc (and lead too) will boil out of the weld puddle.

What ever process you use do it in a hood or with local exhaust. Zinc and Leas fumes are not at all good f;or you or anyone around you.

What are you attempting to accomplish?

How does the joint have to perform?

Tell us how much lead is in this material.
Is this simply a free turning brass or does it have extra lead.
If it is just free turning brass, you can braze or silver solder it.
If you are going to try to tig weld, it use low fuming bronze, and be prepared to clean, a lot, of redeposited zinc and lead off the outside of the part.
