Joint efficiency for RT-2 and RT-3

Dear all. I am quite confused regarding the Joint Efficiency required for Category D butt weld for RT-2 and RT-3. Also I am using pv elite software but cannot find the input option for Joint Efficiency for categories C and D. Can anyone please help me??

See note 5 of Table UW-12....regarding Cat C and D Corner Joints.

as per note no. 8 of UW-12,There is no joint efficiency E in the design equations of this Division for Category C and D corner Joint.

First (OP) says category D butt weld: hence E may be between 0,65 to 0,85 of table UW-12.
