Joint efficiency of Flat cover

I would like to discuss the joint efficiency of flat cover how to specify as my mentions,

The flat cover is integer plate (without welding seam)
coner joint (category C) welding to shell( or nozzle) end and following figure UG-34(g)

At flat cover calculation per UG-34, what joint efficiency shall I apply?
Is it 0.85 or 1 ??

From Table UW-12, type no 7 joints (which includes corner joints) have 100% joint efficiency based on note 5 of that table.
