Dear all,

I'm preparing a static analysis (beam 1-D) and I'm facing a problem when I'm considering a revolute joint between two bodies. My study consists of a beam structure where the center beam is connected by a pin joint in each side with a Main Structure. I'm showing just a lateral side view of the structure to let you understand the problem.

I imported the 2D sketch frame and I have two bodies in this case, (The Main Structure and the Central Beam). When I mesh i have the following result.

If I consider a bonded connection between them, everything works well. Instead, if i consider a revolute joint (considering the nodes that shared by each body), the following warning appear:

Joints are being used in the current analysis with Large Deflection turned off. Thus, only linearized joint behaviour will be considered. If a finite rotation and large deflection effects are to be considered, please turn on Large Deflection.

Nb: In the DM shared Topology I'm using Edge Joints.

Turning on the Large Deflection, gives me the error:

An internal solution magnitude limit was exceeded.( Node Nº, Main Structure, DOF UX). Please check your Env. for inappropriate load values or insufficient supports.

Someone already face this issue? I'm trying to solve it for 2 days without success.

Thank you for your support.
