Journal Automate close of OK messages on part load

Informative pop-up windows on load are typically not necessary as there are many ways to know your part is read only or had issues on load (log file, etc..) Does anybody have a journal available that runs a loop of "OK" execution...similar to the drinking bird Homer used on the Simpsons, but in code form? I'm imagining executing a function which has a 10-15 second pause (allowing you to open the part), then runs in a loop repeating every 5 seconds with an available "Cancel" button. Having "BVR is read only" messages and such isn't necessary to know, and can be found out some other way besides a load interrupting warning message.

The notice that you get when you open a 'Read-Only' part can be disabled by going to...

Customer Defaults -> Assemblies -> General -> Miscellaneous

...and toggle OFF the option about half-way down the page titled 'Display Message when Work Part is Read-only'. You may also want to toggle OFF the next option, 'Display Message when Modifying Read-only Parts'.
