AIAA is the current name of the publisher of that journal, but their electronic library only goes back to 1963

Hmmm, Mr. Melcon was a busy guy: He worked with Cozzone on plastic bending stresses, Hoblit on lug designs, and now he pops up on a paper about curved panels.
