I have this journal (attached) that finds all the drafting sheets in an assembly file and makes a single PDF file of them.

I was hoping someone can help me fix two problems.

1) This is the most important one. In the file I just tried it on, it made all the font and leaders and such very light. I would like to have it create everything with a white background (which it seems to do) but all other objects black so they can be clearly seen.

2) This one would be very nice, but if it is too in depth of a change, it is not important. .... I would like to have the ability to select what files it adds to the PDF. I noticed it runs through each file one by one as it is executing. IF before each new file that it would typically add to the PDF, if it could ask for us to hit OK or IGNORE and move on accordingly, that would be awesome. If this is difficult, we can always open the PDF in an editor and remove the sheets we dont want.

1) make sure you are creating a PDF in black & white, not color

Thats the whole thing though. This journal makes the PDF for us. I need to change the journal so it makes everything in black and white. It would be too much to change the colors of everything in drafting every time we need PDF files of our drawings in a tool.

I have another problem with this one.

It seems that someone else ran this journal and it printed in black and white for them, so I am assuming it will depend on your settings in NX PDF export or something.

However, I was wondering if it would be a simple thing to change this so all of the PDFs are included as one pdf instead of a bunch of separate PDF files?

Try this version.
The journal was already set to use the "black on white" PDF option. However, it didn't set the line width option; I assume it was using whatever your last selection was for line width. I changed this version to use the "standard widths" option, we can change that if it isn't what you want. This version also displays a "yes/no" option before exporting each file.
