JPEG to Block

I'm trying to make a block with a JPEG image in it and having a hard time. Can you do this in SW2004? It really shouldn't be that hard. Am I having a Blonde moment? No offence.

You can't do that in SW2004. Only text, drawing entities, balloons and area hatch can be used in blocks. I'll be interested to see if that has changed in SW2005.
