JT Files Do Not Stay Constrained

I am working in a new assembly using legacy parts and subassemblies. These parts were created in SDRC I-Deas.

When I bring the JT subassemblies into my new assembly the parts are positioned incorrectly. I've checked to be certain that the position of the parts isn't a remnant of an old config. It isn't. The incorrect position is not found in any of the SDRC assemblies when I open them in SDRC.

I have tried using different load options. So far, no joy.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Thank you,

Brent

What version of jt file you are using. You need to have a version nine jt file. To find out what version you have right click on jt file and open it in note pad. There us a system variable you will need to set to have your ideas to create version nine jt file
. I will add this tomorrow.
