Jumping Cursor - Windows 7 - Fix Needed

DraftSight seems excellent but i do have a problem.

No matter what I do or what settings I use in Draftsights or in Windows 7 I can not get away from a cursor that jumps in the drawing area ... It simple will not track smoothly.

Does anyone know how to Fix this ?

I have no problem in any other program and in Draftsights cursor will track fine over the tool bars ... It is just the drawing.
