Hello all,

I would like to ask if the increase in the well head pressure in the chart attached is resonable or not. and what can be the reason for that. it was observed that the flow rate has increased also. Thank you

What program do you use to create .png files? When I click on it, my computer opens Adobe Fireworks and it takes 10 minutes to see the file.

It is usually helpful in this kind of problem to LABEL THE AXES. When the well is making "3" is it MSCF/d, MSCF/hr, MMSCF/d, E3M3/day (Canadian), m3/hr, bbl/day, L/hr, psig, kPa? It often matters to the solution of the problem.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you've given us a chart with a gas flow rate because I've never seen data on oil flow with that short an interval. I'll also assume that you're talking about the last uptick and not the other 6 that are just as large or larger. If my assumptions are correct, then you have a well that is liquid loading. The liquid builds up and the rate falls off, then BHP builds and blows through the liquid column. The last uptick (without a corresponding drop) generally means that a liquid block back in the formation cleared and brought a slug of reservoir pressure straight to the wellbore.
