Kerosene and Benzene tanks blanketing

Dear all
could you please help me
how to calculate the quantity of nitrogen necessary in a storage tankS ( Kerosene and Benzene) to carry out the blanketing.

The gas volume above the liquid?

Blanketing is usually carried out at very low pressures.

I've never heard of hydrogen being used for this before as it tends to leak out of the smallest holes very fast.
