Keyboard numberpad area key customisation 1

On A current project I have to position items on a site
layout using ordinates (site eastings & northings).I find the quickest way is to use the numberpad keys, but it is
akward to then have to go to the main keyboard area to get the comma (,) separator. as in: 222222,555555.
Is there any way I can customise one of the other keys on the numberpad area (say the '+' key) so it would act as a
comma key?

You need a keyboard remap program, if are using windows 9x you'll find one the kernel toys downloadable here.

If you are using Windows 2000/XP/NT I do not know a program. Try to search in the Internet.
