Hello,
I made a model (Geneca wheel) consisting of 4 parts.
Part1 = base part with 2 shafts
Part 2 = driver wheel with 1 pin
Part 3 = roller in the pin
Part 4 = Geneva wheel with 6 slots
I am trying to simulate this model with 3 revolute joints
(shaft axis + wheel axis and center pin + roller)
and 1 prismatic joint (between a line and a plane on
the roller) with a line and a plane in one slot of the
geneva wheel.
Of course, the base part is fix.
When I simulate this mechanism, it works for one slot
and after a certain angle of rotation, the Geneva wheel
returns to it's original position...( it does not see the
other slot).
Is there a way to apply the prismatic joint to the other
slot without over constraining the model ?
Can you help me to find a solution so it will rotate for
all the other slots
Thanks
