Korean vs. American Requirements 1

Hi everyone,

I'm very familiar with the requirements for building a plant in the United States. Is anyone familiar with Korean requirements for chemical plants? What are the main differences one could expect, and challenges that will likely be encountered (i.e. governing codes, approval processes, electrical requirements)? I know that's a broad topic, I'm just wondering if anyone knows anything off the top of their head that can make things particularly difficult aside from language barriers.
