Kuwaiti building code - seismic information

Can anyone direct me to a site/reference with seismic information relating to Kuwait and lateral design per IBC 2003. I have been to the USGS site, but it doesn't give me tabulated information (only graphs and maps), nor does it provide any insight on seismic parameters like site class, etc.
