Everyone here is having a problem dealing with the subject of this post.

Any suggestions?

I can provide detailed examples of where we're encountering our problems if it'd help, but as everyone here is encountering the same issues and applying varying "work-arounds" (from multiple breaks in what should be hidden lines, to ignoring the problem completely and living without line-types) that I'm confident that this is probably a "known issue" that we are just overlooking the solution to.

Thanks all !

B-T-W: I've already applied some answers from previous posts in the last couple of weeks, and you (all) are helping me to really look good for my boss! THANKS!

Ltscale=1, Psltscale=1. This allows for viewports to have different scales. Although while in the model space tab the linetypes won't show properly, while in PS they will show/plot according to the viewport scale.
Note: I think the psltscale needs to be set for every viewport.
