l will like to know the steps to follow in design a seperator

l am working on a two phase seperator.just like to see a standard to use in cross checking my results.

Step 1: Find an engineer that knows how to do this.
Step 2: Hire them
Step 3: Find a code shop that can follow instructions
Step 4: Commission them to build the vessel designed above.

Following the FAQ referenced above could result in a satisfactory vessel as long as you understand all the steps and all the ramifications of each choice. That might be a stretch.

I see a lot of two-phase vessels that are not fit for their design conditions. All built by code shops following cook book proceedures.
