Labels for Icons 2

Does anybody know of a setting in config.pro which puts labels on all the icons so someone can tell what they mean?

Don't think so.

There should be "tool tips" flashed on the screen and on the status bar.

You can also (Customize Screen, Options tab) display toolbutton icons in the menus (might help make the association?).

yes, no

When set to yes the name and menu of any selected menu option displays, in English, in the help text associated with that button.
