lamps capable of 5000 to 15000 V (corona lamps)

Greetings,

I´m in charge of developmente of a plant wich includes a ozone generator that i´m building, but i need to find some kind of lamps capable of doing "Dielectric barrier charge", wich consist in an arrangementof high voltage electrodes separated form earth by gaps and dielectric layers. I´ve heard of some lamps called corona lamps. Can anyone help me?
