Lap Patches for API-620

I am not well versed in API 620, but does it allow lap patches for internal repairs?

API 620 does not cover repairs. The standard to which you need to look is API 653. API 653 does allow lap patches, however, there are certain restrictions related to joint efficiency. You will need to determine if these provisions apply to your project.
