Hi guys,

I am looking for neoprene tubing with these specifications: 1/16" wall thickness, 3" ID, durometer 10A. Everything I've been able to find is either too hard (~70A) or too small (most go up to ~1.25"). Where would you guys look to find something like this, and if I have to get it custom made, who does a good job with this kind of stuff?

Thanks!

Has to be neoprene, can't use natural (latex) rubber? Tough to get that size with that thin of a wall thickness; 1/8" would be more do-able, even with the stronger natural rubber compounds. The trick is having something strong enough to withstand being stripped off of the i.d. mandrel. You might talk to the people who do dip molding, they might be able to rig up something with a collapsible/one-time use i.d. mandrel.
