Largest Crude Distillation Units

Dear Refinery Experts,
What is the maximum capacity of a single-train CDU operating in a refinery?
And what is the relevant diameter of the topping tower?
I've read of a 325 kbd unit in Jamnagar but not sure it is a true figure and if it is the absolute maximum.
I'm generally interested in this topic, so if someone would like to share any capacity/diameter data of big units I'll be grateful.
In my humble experience the max is a 160 kbd CDU, 7.8 m main fractionator diameter (revamped, with a preflash upstream).

I've found other topping tower data:
- 285 kbd, 11 m
- 125 kbd, 6.5 m
- 90 kbd, 5.5 m
- 90 kbd, 6 m

hi,
it all depends on your CDU design and the type of oil that you are trying to process at that time.
I'd need to set up a material balance first fitted to your equipment constrains.
