LaSalle Steel: ETD 150 1

I've got a drawing late '02 that references LaSalle's ETD 150. However, while I can find a ton Google links to ETD 150, I can't find anything to LaSalle (unless I missed it, of course).

Is LaSalle still operating under that name? Anybody got a phone number?
