Laser lens smoked

I have an operator who accidentally turned the trace off on a amada fo4020nt it sanded the tip down and put a black powder smoke and a bunch of small burn bb's only on the bottom side of lens. Now I have a new tip and backup lens. Besides cleaning the lens holder re-center and height zero is there anything else that I have to do

I'd probably turn the trace back on. Otherwise a clean housing, a centered beam and a proper Z-height should do the trick.
