Latest Etabs version

Does anybody knows what is the latest version of Etabs and when was released?

It is ETABS V8.3.7 and I received notice of it from my local CSI reseller about two weeks ago.

Could you, please, tell me what are the changes from 8.1.5 up to the last version. This info you can find in readme.txt in Etabs folder. For an easy way you can copy-paste the lines.
I would be obliged if you can send me also the changes for SAP2000 v8 (8.08 up to the last).

On the last change is written "Support for other languages has been added". This mean that the menus could be in different languages?

I think it means people who buy the chinese version will be able to read it in chinese characters. Mr. Habibullah promised two years ago that there would be support for spanish in the future and I hope this is a first step. But with CSI you never know.
