Latest/greatest highest rated solar reflective paint or coatings?

Of commercially available paints or coatings, what's among the highest rated for reflectance of visible light?

Best product I saw over there was 90% Light Reflectance Value (LRV), unless I missed something.

Essentially a gloss untinted white paint is going to be as good as you can get.

That's my thinking, too.

Just trying to find what's best, to get every reflective % possible,
both for PAR light and to minimize heat absorption into the surfaces.

Higher titanium dioxide %'s in formulation seems to be key, but then
there's also some nano tweaks being utilized by some to boost it, too.

Looking into roof top coatings, too. Some claim above 90%, as long as
kept clean.

Sure, there's silver, but that's none trivial for maintenance, although there are supposedly manufacturers that claim moisture resistance. Generally, engineering solutions try not to depend on a single component.

NASA has used some on exterior of Ares I-X Rocket, high reflectivity being primary reason.
