We intend to transport a substantial volume of soil (backfilling and embankment material) over a considerable distance. Our approach involves designing a spreader machine equipped with an extended boom. The boom will be constructed as a lattice horizontal/inclined gallery to support an open cylindrical chute, with material flow facilitated by gravitational forces. The soil volume is extensive, approximately 100 million cubic meters, and the delivery involves descending from an upper plateau to a lower plateau with an elevation difference of 35 to 40 meters.
The material transfer process involves extracting material from the stockpile using a combination of belt feeder EQ, Grasshoppers, and a Spinal overland belt conveyor. The transported material will then be directed to the discharge terminal using a tripper conveyor. It's worth noting that this project is located in the northern region of Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking the expertise of a material handling specialist with prior experience in implementing solutions for similar challenges
