Hello
I have a new laptop with catia installed by IT, when i try to launch vba (tools> macros> visual basic editor) i get...
"There are no VBA projects currently open. Would you like to open or create one?"

Then select Yes> VBA projects> Create new library.... and catia Closes
but creates a file *.catvba, which i can't select later, because catia closes again.

have you had this problem?

by the way, later i can add the *.catvba on tools> options> macros> default macro libraries, but i get another error trying to launch vba editor... "some macro libraries could not be opened, make sure the paths exists and check the libraries permision"

Attached the menu and options settings.

Thanks a lot

Looks like a permission issue to me. Check that VBA and CATIA has permissions required to create and open .catvba files in a directory that you select.
Also check if antivirus is blocking file operations from CNEXT.exe
