Laws expressed mathematically

Does anyone know if there is a way to mathematically express a law for use in a function? I recently discovered that our company doesn't have this option in the package we have. I'm thinking I can create a formula to simulate a law - if only I knew how.

Think that is a standard function, there are two law functions the ordinary one that is based on a curve relation and the other one (think it's labelled (f)og in the same toolbar where design table functin can be found) that is mathematically based
 
We don't have any law function or f(og) in the package we use at work - that's why I'm trying to see if there is a way to express that as a formula instead. What I'm trying to use the law for is to create a flexible tube as shown in the following old thread:
