Lazer cutting hand holes/access on aluminum pipe / Tube

Guys,

I have a feeling this must be possible to lazer cut hand holes or access door holes on alum pipe/tubing. This will need to be cut on one wall only. I tried to look up but couldn't find any. All I could find were cutting both walls. or slicing the tube.

Can I get some suggestions on if there are any out there?
