I work for a company that designs and produces mechanical and electrical counters. We currently have a product that uses a touchscreen LCD display. On roughly 1% of the units, we are experiencing delamination on the corner of the screen, even more so once they have been temperature tested. After a long time researching I couldn't find a specific answer why we are running into this problem or what can be done to prevent it. This is not acceptable in our products going to customers so we need to figure out the cause and a solution to the screen delamination, if any. Could this be an error on the screen manufacturer's side? or may the forces once tested and housed responsible for this problem? Any info on the subject is greatly appreciated. I have attached images of the delamination to this post.
