Leader Lines In Drafting V5R17

When I apply leader lines to the drawing all of the text and data within the text field is raised and the leader line extends under all the associated text.

What setting needs to be corrected to make the leader line approach the center of the text and then stop?

I believe it's a standards thing. Try changing the standard to ANSI, instead of ISO (FILE + PAGE SETUP)
