If i use the leader tool in autocad and set my text to top-left justification, the line from the leader is central to the text height....like so:

<------BLABLA

however, when i go into dimstyles and change my fit to 1/2 the previous scale, then do a dim update, then change the m-line text to the new text size (1/2 the original size), the leader comes from the bottom of the text and not the center...like so:

/____BLABLA
\

My justification is still set to top left. Im just not sure why its doing this.

Anyone have an idea why this happens or how i can fix it?

Thanks in advance!

Not sure exactly what is going on....

Use "attachment" option in Settings in the leader to control what part of the text the leader attaches to.

To resize the note, try selecting the text AND the arrow and use "scale" to reduce to whatever size you want. Then either before or afterward, change the Fit factor in the dimension style.
