leading zeroes

Can somebody tell me if there's a way to turn leading zeroes off in the Customer Defaults? I can edit the dimensions after I creat them and turn them off, but I haven't found anywhere to set them so that they're off whenever I create a dimension. This is in NX5.

Customer Defaults -> Drafting -> General -> Standard -> ASME (CUSTOM), Customize Standard

There is an English and Metric setting for this, so make sure you toggle it and set it for both units. Also you can create your own company drafting settings instead of changing the Out Of The Box settings.
