Leak detection on a 6" JP-5 underground secondary containment pipeline

We have found recently a leak in the secondary containment of an underground 6" JP-5 pipeline, the casing is 10" dia around the pipeline. Is there any new technology out there to pin point this kind of leak. A camera will be very difficult since the distance bet the pipeline and casing is only 2". The suspected underground pipeline section is about 1200 ft.
