Leak testing field erected AST

I'm looking at the inspection requirements in STI's SP001 for field erected aboveground storage tanks. The requirements include leak testing.

Can someone explain the procedure(s) for leak testing old 80k-150k gallon diesel tanks?

Leak testing at tank bottom for a field erected AST would normally involve using a vacuum box on the weld seams. Alternates are available such as heleium leak testing too.
