learn AUTOCAD

I have autocad 2000. I make several drawings, but I would like to know if there is any accredited website te learn more about acad on-line, and if it is possible to get a certificate with courses. It is reliable??.
I am from Bolivia- South America.

They offer some (usefull) online testing and some (useless I suspect) certificate.
About learning.. hm.. a little bit difficult. No book is as usefull as a computer on your desk and a friend next to it.
