Leased OH Distribution Lines

Anyone work for a US utility that leases MV OH lines either to another electric utility or from another electric utility? I don't mean joint use poles, but the whole thing, wires and all.

We are working with a client that is considering proposing a buyback/lease arrangement to settle a dispute with a neighboring utility. I've never heard of this kind of arrangement and would like to know if there are any examples.
