The Canadian courts are generally pretty good but from time to time a they will rule in favour of the establishment or big business despite the evidence.
The website linked seems to be the site of Facebook's law firm.
Things went badly the other way for Facebook in the US.

Yes, a bit. I get postings from them as well (I didn't know they were a facebook law firm, they are a good Toronto (and maybe other places) law firm. I also get rulings for Supreme Court of Canada judgements... interest in construction issues and contract law... I've played expert witness a bunch, but not lately... just one of my interests.
