I see the term " Lethal Service " as a category in ASME section VIII for vessel design/ Fab. anyone know where I can find a definition as related to section VIII , also would " Anhydrous Ammonia" be considered lethal, I realize its dangerous but does VIII consider it" Lethal Service" thanks

I have built many many ammonia receivers, none have been designated "lethal service".

Lethal Service refers to toxic gases that can result in immediate poisoning and possible fatalities due to leakage. Even rescuers can be at risk.
