Hi All,

I'm trying to devise a Level measurement scheme in a Polyethylene reactor (Slurry Phase), this is in a pilot scale. I've used Nuclear in past and it works. This time, my customer is insisting on a using a level measurement using differential pressure. The technique requires a flush (solvent) to keep the transmitter clean of the polymer slurry. I'm concerned about the rate of the solvent flush which might dilute the reactor.

Does somebody guide me in designing this system such as the min. flush rate required to flush the transmitter.

Thanks in advance for your help.
