library features help

I'm trying to create a library feature that will cut the holes I select to a fixed offset dimension to a fixed depth offset from a specified surface. I can get it to work with one hole, but I have a part that has 20. I would like to select all of the holes in one feature. Please help.

Never had cause to do this, but how about make all the holes in one sketch - thus one feature?
