License error

Whenever I start v5 I get a pop-up window titled 'License Manager'
with the following message :-
Failed to load product definition for MD2.slt (code2)
please reinstall it"
We have checked the licenses on the server and can't find any errors.
Catia still seems to run with full functionality and no errors.
I am working V5 R13 SP5 but colleagues using other releases are experiencing similar error messages.
Any help to track down the problem would be appreciated.

What license(s) do you have?? (MD1, MD2, XM1, XM2....)
Did you install all the corresponding products/configurations??

How many MD2 (Mechanical Design 2) licences does your company own?

Run the Licence Use Runtime to see if they are all in use.

There are enough licenses available , I have already checked that.
A re-install appears to fix the problem.
