License Requirements in Latin America (Ecuador)

Does anyone know where to find licensing requirements for Latin America, in particular Ecuador? I am licensed in several states, but not able to find where the requirement is for this type of license. I've done a few searches, both Google and Ecuador, but primarily just finding places that state they work in Latin America.
