Licensors for EDC and VCM

Dear all.

Does anyone know how many license technologies exist for producing EDC and VCM? So far I've found vinnolit but surely there must exist more licensors out there

Not my industry, but we nearly lost a good employee to EVC so the thread caught my eye. There are a couple of tables listing the largest producers about [¼] of the way down.
